In 2008 I started my journey to being a mompreneur  (I love that word – mompreneur!!) with my virtual assistant business specializing in virtual paralegal/legal assistant work. I loved working as a paralegal in-house and I wanted something flexible and yet still challenging (as if raising three boys won’t be challenge enough, lol) and I wanted to continue to contribute financially to our household income. My husband has a decent job, but it can be erratic for hours so few part-time positions would work at all. Owning my own business has been the answer to a dream for me!
